Returns
Timeframe: You can return a product within 14 days from the date you received it.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any included certifications.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and the nature of the products, certain items cannot be returned, including any software that has been opened or activated.
Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with specific instructions on where to ship the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at info@gerdetect-dxb.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Warranty
GER Detect products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for specific terms and conditions. Warranty claims should be directed as per the instructions in the warranty documentation. This return policy does not cover issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
